I would like to see a Spline Toolkit and splines that worked like the splines in 3ds Max.
I often switch to 3ds Max to work with splines which eventually get converted to polygon objects and brought back into Maya. I love how in 3ds Max I can manipulate a spline the same way I can in AutoCad or even Illustrator. I can fillet a point, weld points together, etc.
I completely agree with you, maya curves is very very very bad, I hope the pay some attention to splines in maya
Maya curves is just a mess, 3ds Max Splines is far more powerful.

You have curves in maya. They could use a bit of faster easier editing I agree, but curves are also powerful.
I fee l you bro. Wasnt maya first own byt hose Alias guys that also amde the Car design software. pretty weird since the splines are kings there...or queens
